Hill House

Kimberley

2025

These gardens wrap the house in a calm, relaxing atmosphere with quiet places for pause and reflection, created with engaging, textural vignettes for the artist who commissioned the planting. Stone pathways connect various seating areas for full enjoyment of the garden’s details, the shifting light throughout the day, and the stunning views of the Beaver Valley.

Approximately 10, 000 square feet of modern plantings provide seasonal interest throughout the year and include pollinator-friendly perennials, grasses, flowering trees and sedges, harmonizing the garden with the surrounding landscape. The gardens are designed with resilience, biodiversity and respect for the local ecology in mind. Creating an aesthetically pleasing balance between horticulture and nature, connecting the newly built home to the sunny hillside it sits within.
