Our Story

Matthew Gove is an award-winning designer and gardener with over 20 years of field and design experience. He has worked as a head gardener on many rural estates and designed residential and commercial gardens of various sizes. He combines his love for the contemporary design movement of naturalistic gardens with an appreciation for the natural spaces of the Niagara Escarpment.

A passion for design and artful gardens inspired Matt to establish his own practice in 2010. Matthew Gove & Co. is a design and garden care company where naturalistic, purposeful plantings are at the heart of it all.
